I arrived at my dr’s appointment this morning feeling very tired, stressed and a bit down. As soon as I walked into reception Belinder was her usual cheerful friendly self, then the I had a great belly laugh with nurses Rachael and Lindsay. Doctor Delic is my earth angel, very kind and caring (and thorough)

Highly recommend this clinic..I was a forty year drug addict and alcoholic and Dr Wallace got me totally clean which no other doctors have ever come close toI can never thank you all enough 🤙

Such an unfriendly and rude receptionist (Belinda, I think)! Huge impression over the phone. Killed the desire to come and call again. It's a customer facing personnel, maybe some training wouldn't hurt? As the person obviously doesn't realise that she is the face of the business

Fantastic experience as a first time patient. Reception staff were incredibly helpful. Dr Wallace was reassuring, and he successfully diagnosed and treated a skin Issue my previous GP had not, all in one initial appointment. Pleasantly surprised the whole appointment was bulk billed also. Would recommend to anybody looking for a new GP service.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience here! The place is spotlessly clean, bright, and well organised, with plenty of machines available, so there’s never a long wait. The washers and dryers are modern, fast, and extremely efficient.
