Stayed here a couple of years ago and had an excellent experience however decided to book again and this time was anything but. Arrived and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, visible hair and other muck left around the shower and toilet. We requested photos of the room before booking to see if it was similar to last time which they refused to give and sure enough the room was nowhere near to the standard we would expect for the price and was extremely dated, not even any Air con in the main room. Stayed multiple times. Some of the rooms are getting a bit tired but the facilities, location and view are top notch

We stayed in room 19F. It was a centre unit which are far superior to the end units. A great location with magnificent views. Unfortunately that where the positives ended for us. The floors were not cleaned properly, it felt like too much cleaning solution had been used, if your feet were a bit damp it was very slippery. Conversely if you walked around the unit in bare feet, the bottom of your feet would become very dirty. The free to air TV channels did not work in the lounge room TV and only a few worked in the bedroom TV.... read more
