My pool filter was stuck and I tried every way possible to fix it but it didn't work until Mark came. Not only did he found out the issue with the crawling vacuum, he did spend a lot of time explaining and showing me how to maintain the pool properly. Definitely worth the money and he has delivered way beyond expectation. 5-stars all the way.
Great service! We had Mark come and service our pool , as new pool owners were didn't know much about the equipment and ongoing maintenance. We really appreciated Mark taking the time to explain the maintenance process and pool system. Would highly recommend!
I can't recommend Mark highly enough, he is very personable and patiently explained to me how my whole pool system works. Mark's prices are very reasonable. In my experience as a Burleigh local, Mark went above and beyond - I had a small issue on the weekend in the holiday season and Mark came round that morning and fixed it straight away. I'm glad to have Mark and his honest, down to earth pool services in my neighbourhood!!
