Like most Dr Surgery's you will be lucky to see a Dr but the nurse practioners are very good. Nurses are all excellent & receptionist are very good.
The receptionist is a very rude and inconsiderate .she realy is the wrong job.not professional at all ..disgusting!
Unhelpful and rude, this surgery has gone seriously down hill and seem to forget they are there to provide a service! Would not recommend, if you are looking for a new practice look elsewhere.
There is an extremely rude woman who answers the phone at this practice. She talks to you with a lot of attitude, doesn't help you at all and always tell you to call back the next day no matter what you call for. She shouldn't be in that job with so much attitude. I've always been met with funny looks from the reception staff whenever I've turned up in person, when I've arrived and been polite it's like they instantly judge as soon as you walk through the doors and it feels like they don't even want to speak to you.
