There is an extremely rude woman who answers the phone at this practice. She talks to you with a lot of attitude, doesn't help you at all and always tell you to call back the next day no matter what you call for. She shouldn't be in that job with so much attitude. I've always been met with funny looks from the reception staff whenever I've turned up in person, when I've arrived and been polite it's like they instantly judge as soon as you walk through the doors and it feels like they don't even want to speak to you. The receptionists have a tough job I must say! I’ve noticed /witnessed the way they are spoken to by people from other countries is disgraceful ! and can they answer back? No!!! and they are on the minimum wage!!! To have the receptionists on minimum wage is in my view disrespectful!! They do a wonderful job imo!
Dr Bridger was the best Doctor at this practice. He cares a lot for his patients and is now retiring. Have a Happy Retirement Dr Bridger. As for this surgery... disgraceful! I no longer trust this practice and am moving to a new one. I have also reported the practice to ICB. Why? 1) I have diabetes Type 2 that I struggle to control with insulin and use a Libre 2 sensor. I also wear an ostomy bag. Everytime I order my Libre 2 Sensors the prescription gets sent to my ostomy supplier who doesn't return prescriptions. I order my... read more
