Attended Dr on Friday 11.30 appt 20th March not planning for long appt, requesting a x-rays which was performed around 12.30 same day, got home and rang Dr`s and to say I forgot to ask for a renewal of one of my long term scripts as I was nearly out only to be told I had to make another apt. I told the lass I had already paid $138 and she said I had to make another appt to get my tablets. I came in to get a certificate of medical fitness. appt went well however came out without the certificate and told to come back after blood test. didnt get referral for blood test and told to get one from optometrist instead by the receptionist. 🤯 made an appt again for next day but got cancelled by receptionist as there was a miscommunication between dr, me and reception HOWEVER i was not told about the cancellation and then when i called up to confirm my appt, was told there was nothing booked and that there is no space.... read more

GP was lovely, however, I needed only results for our telephone consult and was told by the receptionist that it would be bulk billed when I made the appointment via the phone…. Only to be hit with a full appointment cost after the matter. Very disappointing when I’ve got three weeks off work to account for now. Had, I had the correct information I would’ve gone to a bulk billing practice for the results 😒 Reception staff should be giving out the correct information, so that patients can make an informed decision.
