GP was lovely, however, I needed only results for our telephone consult and was told by the receptionist that it would be bulk billed when I made the appointment via the phone…. Only to be hit with a full appointment cost after the matter. Very disappointing when I’ve got three weeks off work to account for now. Had, I had the correct information I would’ve gone to a bulk billing practice for the results 😒 Reception staff should be giving out the correct information, so that patients can make an informed decision.
I cannot praise Burleigh Heads Medical Centre enough. All the staff are so helpfu, caring and friendly. The Pharmacist, Leanne is so competent and helpful with advice on any new tablets I am prescribed whilst Receptionist Julie goes above and beyond with her compassion and understanding towards patients. Thank you Julie for your understanding. Sue, Emily and the rest of the team are always so helpful. I am so fortunate to have this facility just around the corner. A big thank you to all.
