great service, fair price, won't overcharge you
If you are female, avoid this garage!! I had a horrible experience with Burleigh Miami Auto Centre. Not only did they massively overcharge us for a repair that took them two weeks to diagnose ($3000 more than our warranty company said it should have cost), they had a falling out with the warranty company in a dispute that had nothing to do with us, and dumped our car outside the garage unfixed so they could wash their hands with the warranty company. Absolutely shocking experience – DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! Took my Ford Territory to Burleigh Miami Auto Centre on 2nd June after it broke down. Was told they’d look at it that day and not to worry about diagnostic costs. Two weeks later, the car was still not fixed - I had to chase for updates daily, and was given a constantly changing diagnosis. I had been coming here for all of my services for the last few years. After every single service, my car sounded just as creaky as when I took it in, I started to believe it was just an awful old car that would always sound off. I recently moved and went to a new mechanic who told me my rear brakes hadn’t been checked in YEARS, and they were able to fix the persistent rumbling and screeching that I had already wasted my money trying to fix at Burleigh Miami Auto Centre.
