Felt safe and the location is great - walking distance to beach and main strip of cafes/ restaurants but still quiet to get some zzz’s. As others have shared, it is in need of some love. Got a kick out of the lift down to the basement … gives the “Big Drop” at Dreamworld a run for its money. Pool is clean - bring a towel unless you’re happy forking out $5 to borrow one.

Staff were very helpful with bookings and check ins, apartment was very nice, clean and fully equipped. Only problem was the construction and noise outside but you can't control that. Would definitely stay here again!

Very poor experience with Burleigh Gardens, the rooms are not what are advertised they are old and outdated and it's highway robbery for what they charge you and what you get. When brought to the managers attention we got the reply "whats wrong with it?"in a rude and condescending tone. During this conversation we mentiond the things that needed fixing in the unit including, rusted vents that were half hanging down from the ceiling, holes in the walls that had not been fixed & mould are just some of the things.
