Staff were very helpful with bookings and check ins, apartment was very nice, clean and fully equipped. Only problem was the construction and noise outside but you can't control that. Would definitely stay here again!

Very poor experience with Burleigh Gardens, the rooms are not what are advertised they are old and outdated and it's highway robbery for what they charge you and what you get. When brought to the managers attention we got the reply "whats wrong with it?"in a rude and condescending tone. During this conversation we mentiond the things that needed fixing in the unit including, rusted vents that were half hanging down from the ceiling, holes in the walls that had not been fixed & mould are just some of the things. Very poor service. Reception was very poor and un attentive, had stuffed up the booking for our accommodation and were left with no option but to go elsewhere. Very unhelpful and did not care for the mistakes made by the staff
