Happy with the service from this company while renovating. Picked up, and also had delivered soil rocks and gravel. No issues taking your own trailer either. Freindly nice staff.
Great product, but they seem to be staffed by people who are incapable of basic instruction. Ordered 2cubic metres of soil on a Thursday for delivery Saturday. Was told delivery between 11-12pm Saturday and confirmed understanding. Cue Thursday 11am and they show up with the soil. Sent it back and called to confirm Saturday delivery between 11-12… assumed all was fine as this was now confirmed.
