I was very disappointed with the turf. I ordered around 30 m², but about one-third arrived in poor condition—either broken into pieces, lacking soil, or dry.
This company is extremely unprofessional and operates with a very outdated and inefficient system. After payment was processed, no invoice or receipt was issued. With any standard business, invoices are automatically sent once payment is completed. In your case, I had no way of knowing where to find my receipt. When I called to request it, I was told that you could not send it directly and that I would need to submit multiple emails for your team to locate the record before issuing the receipt. Happy with the service from this company while renovating. Picked up, and also had delivered soil rocks and gravel. No issues taking your own trailer either. Freindly nice staff.
