Great product, but they seem to be staffed by people who are incapable of basic instruction. Ordered 2cubic metres of soil on a Thursday for delivery Saturday. Was told delivery between 11-12pm Saturday and confirmed understanding. Cue Thursday 11am and they show up with the soil. Sent it back and called to confirm Saturday delivery between 11-12… assumed all was fine as this was now confirmed.
