We had an excellent experience with Dan and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their property inspected before selling or buying. Dan provided his report the same day which made us and our solicitor very happy. Throughout this process I spoke to Dan quite a few times and it was no trouble for him to speak to me and give me the answers that I needed. I have already recommended him to our agent and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs an inspection carried out.
Dan has been the most helpful and honest building inspector I have ever dealt with, always prompt, when I have called he always calls back as soon as possible and is very thorough. Lovely to deal with and totally reliable, a rare thing these days! I would absolutely recommend Dan!

Dan came out and did a building and pest inspection. Took his time and did a thorough inspection. Then took the time to take me around the property and explain everything. Had the report to me that evening! Honestly could not fault his work. So detailed with the report. Really pays to get an independent inspector instead of going through the realestate agents or relying on one already done by the seller ! He was punctual and made sure I understood everything!
