We just had Dan from Burleigh Building Inspections out and he was incredibly thorough. He went above and beyond expectations, bringing all the right gear and actually getting into the tricky spots. While he was up in the roof he found termites, 3 other pest inspectors this year had completely missed these because they hadn’t gone into the roof space far enough. If you are looking for someone you can really trust to complete a Building and Pest report for your new place I wouldn’t recommend anyone more than Dan, at Burleigh Building Inspections.
