We loved our stay at BBT, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing tennis and the close proximity to the beach and coffee was great. We look to coming back again with the extended family.
We stayed here because of family proximity. Only disappointment was no aircon in our 2 bedrooms on a 39 degree dry windy day. We managed, and put split system on in lounge area, which cooled hallway n bedrooms. Please ask when booking, if there are renovations in rooms above or beside you. Noise of jackhammers etc annoying only sometimes during the day. All good. Room 8 A had a lovely view of ocean. Excellent, excellent, excellent. We were given a beautifully appointed room on the top floor with sweeping views of Burleigh beach. The staff were exceptionally helpful, even changing a lightbulb for me within a few minutes. We loved it so much we decided to book a longer stay in January for the summer break. Thank you!
We stayed late Sept 2025 (unit 12F) and unfortunately found ourselves in the midst of MAJOR Gold Coast Light Rail construction occurring 24 hours a day. Unfortunately Burleigh Beach Tower (BBT), while advising of construction works on its website, failed to mention that the works were occurring 24/7. We put up with unit 12F and the associated relentless noise, dust and bright lights for two nights before asking to be relocated which was thankfully a possibility and the only reason we stayed.
