If you want a place to train with great equipment, great coaching, great atmosphere and a heap of fun, this is the place. I was immediately made to feel at home here. I have a weightlifting gym and the atmosphere is the most important part. Can't give 6 stars so 5 it is. Thanks Cal!
A great weightlifting gym. I have done a few drop in sessions and the members and of course coach/professional hypeman Cal are always so welcoming and make the atmosphere in the gym so fun to train at. If you guys are in Goldy and want to get into weightlifting, this is the gym to go to.
