Our Ford Territory caused us great angst in late July with "Limp Home Mode" and Transmission Fault warnings. I had the dreaded shudder in my Colorado’s torque converter. John diagnosed the problem and offered excellent advice on how to fix the issue. What a great feeling leaving the mechanics not feeling ripped off. Honest and conscientious was the feeling I got.
