Although I'm not a resident yet (I just applied today) I could not be more thrilled about the potential of moving into this building. Not only does the apartment seem incredible, but Ebony L. will forever be my new best friend :) She is so dedicated and has been staying later than she needs to, to get me the apartment of my (future) dreams. I knew that from the second I walked in the doors on a rainy Sunday and spent a good 10 minutes talking to the beautiful lady at the front desk, I wanted to call this place home.
Went on a wonderful tour here with Brittani! She was incredibly thorough, engaged, and kind. She took a genuine interest in what was important to me in finding a new home and showed me several great options. She was patient and kind in response to all my questions, and she had great follow through afterwards as well. She also shared useful information about the community and neighborhood during the tour, which provided a nice touch and made the building feel like part of the community.
I have been impressed by both the upkeep of the building and the responsiveness of managment staff of Spinnaker Bay. Beginning with my intial tour of the building, the move in, and the day to day support over the ensuing year, I have never regretted my choice to become a resident. If there is ever anything I need from the managment team, Brittani has promptly and professionally addressed the issue.
