I was looking for a light pink chiffon fabric that was sold out EVERYWHERE. By chance I found these guys and found it. Everyone was so nice and the fabric was exactly what I was looking for!!
I call after operating hours& the man from the Burlap Factory was very nice, and place the order for me. He even told me that he can wait for me, to give me the order after operating hours. Next day my order was ready& got it. Words cannot express enogh my gratitude, such a professionalism, kindness& quality of product. Unfortunatly I don’t know the name of the man, but all I can say is “thank you Sir”, I am so happy that there are still people in the world that work with so much professionalism and dedication. Thank you!!!

I was able to pick up my fabric the next day! 16 yards of aida cloth for a fantastic price and great quality. Great customer service, fast turn around, and easy to find location so happy they have pick up option for local shoppers. will be back when I need more! Thanks!
