State Farm has an incredible reputation of putting their consumers first. Unfortunately, Burl Wood is playing out of a different rulebook. There is a huge lack of customer care and truly sloppy communications. After years of dealing with their ineptitude in hopes they would be the standards of the State Farm brand, I decided to change insurance companies completely.
Been with Burl since 1979. He and his team have always been there for me through apartments, a marriage, cars, and a couple of houses.
These are the best peoples they give me great price. And when you go overthere make sure go to Ms. Martha Garcia she always do her best to give you best price
