I took my tractor in because it showed a diagnosis code. They cleaned the connections on a sensor and sprayed some WD 40 on hydrostat linkage. $600!!! I complained so they reduced the bill $100. 2 days later - same diagnostic code - another 50 mile trip to haul it in. Replaced the sensor and said it would be $1600!!! But they gave me a deal. Save yourself and make the trip to a different store
Bought a brand new Kubota and had the 50 hour service completed through them. They over-filled the oil and the tractor was blowing white smoke everywhere. They came back out to see what they had done wrong and found there was an entire gallon of extra oil in the engine. They had quoted us $350 for the service then billed us $621 dollars and stated sorry there’s nothing we can do.
