Went here for a 706 Evaluation - she (Eileen) was texting on her phone during the evaluation, was clearly prejudice against men, and overall is the most incompetent person I have ever met in the medical field. Her "evaluation" was actually thrown out in court. I also have reason to believe she was involved in an inappropriate relationship with one of her (female) patients. I'd stay away from her - I'd be shocked if she still has her license at this point.
