I can not speak highly enough of the team at Burko Transmissions. Their professionalism and level of expertise are second to none. We called Burko after hearing they would work on any make and model and sure enough Kiara said absolutely, with us being 1 and 1/2 hours away from the workshop Kiara was on the ball organising numbers for a tow truck, she then explained to us what the course of action was likely to be with pricing for each option, once the car was there and diagnostics done Kiara consistently kept us in the loop ... read more

The receptionist was friendly and there was no charge for the appraisal - but that was also the best thing about this shop. We were recommended to have our Mercedes Sprinter checked by them. The diagnosis supposedly revealed that the transmission was faulty and needed to be completely replaced, at an estimated cost of $9,000-10,000. In their opinion, the vehicle was beyond repair.
