We drove off the ferry and our car died on the highway. We didn’t know what to do and Maddie and Quinn to the rescue. They couldn’t fit us in, but got us a tow from Crazy Wayne to Greenway Automotive and helped us navigate on what to do. They were so helpful, kind, generous and amazing. Thank you Maddie for calling around for us to find a place that would take us and help us. They told us it was our water pump and thermometer. We drove it to Burkmar and they did the diagnostics. I did not have a positive experience with Burkmar. Brought it in for a fuel like and asked the mechanic to replace the gasket on the fuel tank that meets the fuel neck. I also asked him to have a look at the spark plugs. Later that day, I get a call saying that it's ready to be picked up. When I arrive and look at the invoice I see they charged me for a spark plug replacement (I asked them to look not replace, they should have called the customer to confirm) and that no gasket was installed but instead a sealant on the outsi... read more
