This happened in June 2024 but it still makes me mad when I think about it. Last year I brought my car here to get an oil change. After waiting for it to be done I paid $110 or whatever for it was to be done and right after paying a gentleman came up to me with my keys to let me know that my car wasn’t starting. I’ve worked with thousands of general repair shops across the GTA. This one is definitely a five-star garage. Ed and his team are friendly, competitively priced, and deliver excellent service from start to finish.
Have been going to Burkholder’s for quite a few years now. Courteous, professional service. I appreciate that they call me if a matter needs to be discussed, rates are honest, fair and reasonable. I always know my car is safe and reliable when it leaves the shop. You cannot put a price on trust. The only place I take my car. Thank you Ed and team for always taking great care of me. (Even if I forget to bring the proper lugs at tire changeovers!)
