I cannot tell you about living in Blue Sky Estates but know that it is aptly named because of the blue sky you see through the many abandoned, burnt out and dangerous trailers that are within the park. I recently went to visit a new friend there and was absolutely appalled by the conditions that I saw there. She told me of the ridiculous lot rates and, when I asked, told me that there are no laundry facilities. It is is in a dangerous area of town and I, vehemently, advise you to visit before you commit to living here.

I'm the current Manager here at Blue Sky Estates and a lot has changed since these other reviews were written. I have made it my personal mission to remove and eradicate the criminal activity that was destroying this community. I am very proud to say that in the last 3 years that I have been in charge of this Park it has been doing nothing but improving. Burkharts Mobile home park is ran by drug addicts the manager has homeless men who live in the woods doing "mantainance" if that's what you want to call it. She has her in-laws employed as the "cleaners" when ever someone moves she showed me about 7 trailers and they ALL had roaches and broken windows. Some had no faucets the carpets are nasty and there is human waste in every toilet piled to the brim. I was very disappointed. WE just moved here and was looking for a place to rent. My husband is a great handy man so we was looking at 1 that needing some fixing up and that was not a problem but the website says bad credit is ok cause they understand hard times so we went ahead and filled out an app. And got denied but nobody will give a reason WHY? This trailer court is simply disgusting!!!!!!!! She will get you approved for the trailer and give you no other details. If you go to ask her anything, she gets an attitude, as if you're in the wrong. I fogged the trailer with ten bombs, in a weeks time. That trailer still had roaches in there. They won't fix things they believe don't need fixing. Their are drug dealers and drug addicts over, keeping up noise all time of the nite. I don't know what I was thinking when I moved to that trailer park.
