Absolutely abysmal! Trying to get taxes done with these people is like pulling teeth. I have had to follow up dozens of times to get status updates; I have received incorrect invoices; often I get zero response at all. DO NOT trust these people with your money and your information. Literally the most incompetent company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Proceed with caution if you're thinking of using their services. Unprofessional, unethical and nearly impossible to communicate with. They were fantastic when David Tucker owned the business. I truly don't know how they've retained any clients with the way they are operating now.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I used David Tucker, CPA, for years 2018-2020, then he retired and this company took over for him. They are wildly unprofessional, do not respond to emails or phone calls, or even have someone at the front desk. I was told "2 - 3 weeks" for my taxes. Then literally never heard from them again. Sent 2 follow up emails, and one phone call/message with literally no response. Wildly unprofessional! Complete waste of time and nothing but incompetence.
