Our technician, Chris, did a fantastic job. He was friendly and efficient. I tried my best to explain what I thought the problem was and he listened to me patiently, then shared his expertise and taught me a few things. He then fixed the issue quickly and cleanly and followed up with me to discuss what he did, showing me before-and-after photos of parts I wouldn’t be able to see after he put it all back together. We’ve been having an issue with air distribution to our bedrooms; some getting too much air and others not enough. We’ve been told various reasons but today my tech Danny Brown did an awesome job today with tracing, labeling and capping off an unnecessary closet vent to he the flow to the appropriate places. He was very thorough and patient. Excellent job!
Chris was an incredible help in solving our boiler issues. His assessment was fair and honest and his work was diligent and thoughtful. We absolutely recommend Burkhardt to anyone needing HVAC repairs
Danny and Jason did an excellent job with servicing the boiler and fixing the water issue with our AC. Danielle was great reminding us of our appointment.
