We've been using Burkhardt to service our furnace and central air system for the past couple years. It only made sense to use them for sales and installation of a new system now. Everyone there is friendly and reliable. Elliot was our salesman. He did a great job explaining the project. Today, Troy & Andy came out to do the installation. Again, friendly and professional. Thank you, Burkhardt for have such a great team from scheduling all the way through the job.
The Burkhardt team turned my dreaded HVAC replacement into a very positive experience! From initial call to install, there was no guesswork or ill-feelings. Shout out to Troy and Andy for being careful and respectful of doorframes and carpeting, working quietly while I worked a few feet away!
Rigo and Chico were excellent. Very professional and felt like they really took pride in their work. Installed a whole new AC unit over a 40+ years old unit and replaced all the outdated lines and fittings.
