We had our furnace installed a few years ago and went with Burkhardt again for our AC. In both cases, Elliott was open, honest and reasonably priced. He didn’t rush the sale and took the time to answer questions. He also took a look at what it would take to run additional venting to our upstairs. Connor and Chico did a great job and had everything wrapped up before noon.
Carl and Calvine did a great job. They were friendly and professional and took care of everything we needed, they also cleaned everything up very nicely. We will definetly use them again.
We have used Burkhardt for our heating repairs for many years and have always been very satisfied with the service. The technicians are very knowledgeable. This week our technicians were Carl and Gavin. Last year we also decided to join their maintenance program and feel that it is worth the money.
Great work by Jay! Installed a new sump pump and explained the system to me. Very happy with service!
