While I have always appreciated the care I receive from Dr Burkey, the system itself needs examined. I messaged him recently because of my thrombophilia (which is well documented in my chart) asking if they could schedule an ultrasound to assess for clots. I was advised by some office peon with minimal healthcare knowledge to call the main number to schedule an evaluation. I'm sorry, what? Y'all can't evaluate if I have a DVT in an office visit, but I guess they really want that cashola from my insurance for the office visit... read more

Will charge you for services not consented to. Scheduled an annual wellness exam and got charged for both the wellness exam and a regular appointment. The Cleveland clinic team couldn't resolve the issue.
Such an awesome caring and knows his stuff doctor hands down the best!
I really believe Dr Burkey listens to me and gives me his best. I've been struggling with some issues and he never gave up!
