Great service from the employees. Had a special ring made, it turned out to be perfect for me. Highly recommend them.
They ordered a new sealed item from my online store, then returned a used copy that has stickers on it that did not come from my store. If they don't have the ethics to not rip off another store, they probably aren't going to have the ethics to not rip off their customers. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere for your jewelry needs!
If I could give zero stars I would!! I’m so angry!! For those of you who are in the market for jewelry repair, do not take your jewelry to Burketts Jewelry Emporium. I’ve learned a costly lesson!!! My experience has been terrible!!!! I brought my class ring to be resized. I was told that the cost would be 60 dollars to resize the ring only or 95.00 for the resizing and to put my engraving again.
