I truly thought this company and the quality used to be superb but the quality of Bermuda and the sq ft and cost of rolls they claim they are giving you now, does not match the supply they deliver. We had more than 3 pallets out of 10 total that were “scrap” pieces and completely unable to use, as they would not roll out completely due to being completely in pieces or broke apart after unrolling. I bought appr 5 pallets at different times. However, last pallet was diseased and they will not honor my purchase. I have called 6 times and they keep saying they will come out and look. They never show up. I would not recommend a company that will not honor the product. Too many other companies out there.

Purchased several pallets of Zeon Zoysia from Burkett. Apparently they acquired diseased grass and sold it to me for my job. Over half of it died within about 5 days. When we called them for help, they told us there was nothing they were willing to do - that they take no responsibility for the product they sell.
