This office is great. They made me and my kids feel at ease and my kids loved it . The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They even allowed me to pay over time. I highly recommend this office

Don't believe their ads in newspaper when they say "Free Dental Cleaning". I called and was put on hold 3 times due to the lack of knowledge from receptionist. I kept asking "are you sure the cleaning is free?" 2 times she said "yes". Finally the 3rd time she said "it's $59". Which that is printed next to the "Free Dental Cleaning" So really, how is that FREE???
Dr. Burkett is too busy tending to his personal business and partying that the patients are made to reschedule over and over for treatment. very unprofessional and inconsiderate. wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy!
Like the title states, very rude front desk staff. Unprofessional as they talk about their weekend 'partying' or whatever they do. My toddler recently changed providers from Blue Cross to Tricare and the front desk lady was asking ME to call to confirm her insurance? It seemed liked she was inconvenienced because of this dental change. Do they not get compensated for the procedures? They act like WE have to beg for a free service!
