Originally, I was recommended to a certain place here in Waco regarding my truck. The tech that helped me at this particular place was very nice. However, I had to wait at least 10 minutes for the owner to talk with me. He began to inform me he didn’t understand the codes that were given for my truck, he couldn’t promise be could fix it, but if I brought it Wednesday, he might could get to my truck but he would need to keep it 3 days. Robert was great and replaced my transmission in September 2024. He was quick and transparent with the process. Recently I had an issue with the replacement transmission and Robert went above and beyond and honored the warranty that came with the part and made sure that I was back on the road in no time. Truly a top notch transmission shop.
Took my fiancé's car in and they did a wonderful job on the transmission work.
