Robert was great and replaced my transmission in September 2024. He was quick and transparent with the process. Recently I had an issue with the replacement transmission and Robert went above and beyond and honored the warranty that came with the part and made sure that I was back on the road in no time. Truly a top notch transmission shop.
Took my fiancé's car in and they did a wonderful job on the transmission work.
A shout-out to Robert at Burke's who helped my son (college student) with a potential Honda Civic CVT issue. He was able to get my son's car in and take a quick look to make sure nothing major was going on. From the other reviews, I agree Burke's, and especially Robert, continues to demonstrate great customer service...no wonder they were recommended to me by a non-transmission shop. Well done and thank you!!
