Recently called and made an appointment, to have service done on my vehicle. Booked a day and time, then I was completely ghosted. I don’t understand the customer service. Will be looking elsewhere for car repair.
After my Suburban almost didn't start on the Roaring Fork motor trail, my friends and I searched for the nearest auto part store. An employee checked and it turned out my alternator wasn't working. Fortunately, Nik was working on another vehicle in the parking lot. He said if we could wait 45 minutes he could replace it. That seemed like a much better option than driving back to our cabin and getting stuck. Although it had gotten dark, he replaced it right there for a reasonable rate. Thank you Nik for helping us out so fast when our breaks went out on our truck in the mountains. We were at a loss of what to do and saw some great reviews on Burke's Mobile Repair and gave him a call. He called me right back and came right to our cabin within a timely manner. Had us take our truck to a neby Auto Zone and fixed it right there in the parking lot at a reasonable price. I can't remember him enough.
Nik was extremely helpful. Came out on almost no notice and changed my serpentine belt within the hour. Fair pricing, very cordial and nice to work with.
I called him at 6pm on sat night. At 6:20 he was at our cabin in pigeon Forge and by 7 he was done changing our brakes. Very good guy and great work. Saving his number for the next time. Thanks a lot to Burkes mobile repair
