Burkes is amazing! My CPAP machine went down and I was losing sleep and having a hard time getting an old machine replaced. Then I went in and JAY explained to me the entire process I needed to accomplish to get a prescription to get a new machine. The level of customer service he provided and the fact that everything was in stock- ASTOUNDING. This is the only place on the area to go.

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. My prescription was delayed multiple times, and I received very little communication about what was causing the issue. When I called for an update, I felt rushed and didn't get clear answers. Customer service is just as important as filling prescriptions, and unfortunately this pharmacy fell short. I hope they improve their communication and better inform patients when delays occur.
