Avoid at all costs. This pub used to be buzzing with previous owners and had to book a week in advance for the bistro. Last Saturday night there were 7 people in the bar and 2 in the bistro. The meals were barely edible, barmaid had zero personality and ear pods in the whole time. Room very basic. Window covered in a million cobwebs, in the morning no power for tv or to boil kettle. Housekeeping started vacuuming at 7.30 am when we heard somebody leave. Just wrong all round. So sad to see it like this

$35 for a decent surf & turf (the prawns were a day or two past their best, but not horrible) Cold beer. Nice, quiet venue.

Most Filthy DISGUSTING room I have ever stayed in. Cobwebs, dust dirt grime. Spare blanket had bugs on it. Shook it out in the corridor. Management didn't want to know. Wouldn't come to my room. I was told by the manager that this is what you get when you book through Booking.com. Would not refund my money. I booked a Motel room re picture shown online. Got an upstairs Hotel DISGUSTING vile room with large security lights shining in all night. This was not Australian

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the manager was disappointing. She is rude and unprofessional. I also heard her speaking disrespectfully to a staff member infront of other customers. It was clear they were short-staffed, but the staff handled the rush well and stayed courteous. I appreciate their hard work. Leadership should be based on respect, not intimidation.
