Don and his crew did a wonderful Job!!! I woke up without heat and he and his tech were able to get it running with a temporary board until I could replace furnace. He returned 2 weeks later and installed new furnace for me. 5 stars from me
Burke’s Climate Control is best in the biz!! They seriously responded to our heat outage fast and intentionally! They responded to our call pretty immediately and were so kind upon entering our home . Don and his team rescued us from having to displace ourselves ,due to no heat in the home. They not only diagnosed the furnace issue , but provided a temporary support part, until we could get a replacement furnace 48 hours later. The technicians were trustworthy and kind. Don and the team at Burke’s Climate Control are top tier. Don first saved me in a pinch by getting my aging furnace back up and running his honesty and deep technical knowledge were apparent from the start. When it finally came time for a full replacement, the crew was incredible. They corrected issues left behind by the previous installation and left my home cleaner than they found it. From the moment he confirmed the appointment, communication was clear and proactive. He even called about 10 minutes before he arrived and showed up right at the beginning of the window—just like he said he would.
