Don was great to work with. He returned my call within 60 mins of my voicemail message. No high pitch sales pitch, just 3-4 phone calls and I sent pictures of my HVAC setup; within an hour I had my detailed estimate. Don went above and beyond in calling distributors in Michigan to find me one of the last R-410a systems. He and his crew arrived on time, asked if outdoor placement of unit was fine, did some metal fab as my water heater was installed to close to the furnace, they cleaned up and Don walked me through system and ... read more
