Ryan the maintenance technician that we had out to our unit to fix an electrical issue was courteous, respectful, personable and completed the work in a timely manner. He also helped guide us in the right direction when asked other questions. He demonstrated professionalism throughout his entire visit.
Ryan was very nice and a good professional. Quick fix.
Update: Ryan is still great! He is thorough, communicates effectively and respects our home as we do. No complaints. We absolutely love living here in the Lexington Community of Burkentine. Whenever we have a request, it’s always addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Yesterday our circuit breaker had an issue that affected the power to our dishwasher.
