Perfect, zero and on exactly what my issues were. I feel fantastic now.
Brought my 90 year old mother in today. Doctor was rude, rushed...then I asked her about my refund, since they have been overcharging me and Kelly Burkenstock Began screaming and refused to return my money, she really upset my mother with her behavior. Very unprofessional, aggressive, refusal to refund charging me double past 2 years.
Dr. B will take her time with and figure out any health issues. She is an infectious disease doctor and will get to the root of all of your issues. I’ve been sick for 2 years and visited numerous physicians. She was the only one that was willing to figure out my health issues! I can’t thank her enough!
Dr. Burkenstock sincerely cares about everyone of her patients She takes the time to listen to her patients’ concerns and answers their questions! Her staff is also very helpful and professional. I wouldn’t think of ever going anywhere else!
Dr. Burkenstock is extremely knowledgeable about skin, body, and general health concerns. She even has a YouTube channel dedicated to sharing valuable information we ALL need as we age. Whether it’s hormone health, anti-aging topics, or choosing the right supplements, she has something for everyone! I am so happy with my results and I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

Most awful doctor's experience ever! Over three weeks ago I saw the DR., I have called mult. times asking for my test results and let them know that I got a yeast infection from the antibiotics they gave me. I spoke with 4 diff. ppl asking for someone to call in a prescription for me. Crickets....the wait was 1.5 hours, nurses could not figure out how to take my temp! They upsold me on shots that I didn't need and came in the room and told me to get out bc they needed the room-I left TEARS!
Pushy took 700 for botox which she later said would't work for me. Tried to get me to spend 450 more on filler. Unprofessional and unethical.
