I walked in to inquire about getting a homeowner’s insurance plan put into place. Told the story of the reason why I was shopping for a new policy. The agent said they could help me but only if they saw my current policy. Said they could only provide a quote once they saw the current policy. This is not how you attach new customers. Don’t use this company. They have only one mindset. They are not capable of being out of the box. Don’t use them.
Highly recommended. Second-to-none in terms of service, knowledge, and utmost due diligence to the customers’ insurance needs.
