While the decor could do with a revamp..the motel is clean friendly and has a fantastic restaurant. Would defintely stay again
Very enjoyable stay, motel was quite good and rooms are tidy. Reception and staff are very friendly and are amazing. The food they have at the restaurant is even better, most likely the best food in Moree.
After a long drive we were met with a room that looked as though it hadn't been cleaned. The motel looked upkept and poorly maintained. I reported this to reception and was asked if I wanted another room. I said I didn't want to stay and requested a refund. I was told because we booked through Booking.com this wasn't possible Booking.com advised they would request the owners consider a refund. We never heard back from either. Absolutely horrible stay. First off they well overcharged us one night 140$ wouldn’t mind if it was a nice clean room it was rough out. There was 2 lizards running around our room . Poo from them on the bedside locker and the bathroom was just stink between poo and just not been cleaned properly. Tried contacting them he just wouldn’t answer the phone we had a van that was to tall to go in and out electric 24 hour access gate . Was told no key on site until 7am . Ridiculous !
