Customer service at this location was horrible.
My massage therapist was wonderful! She really did a good job! So sad I don’t remember her name! It’d be nice if every therapist would handle a card with their name!
Had a wonderful massage but the therapist took off a headband I was wearing and I forgot to get it before walking out of the room. Before we left my sister told the manager that I left it in the room but it was no where to be found. Strange. Lesson learned; don't leave anything at Burke Williams because it disappears.
It is amazing I had a massage from Cat. I recommend everyone to try this place👍
My first time there it was very relaxing my massage was so worth it as also first time ever getting a massage I just felt bad for I'm bad with names as I got a leg cramp when I had to turn over but she was so caring and awesome. We were there for my sisters birthday as we were cancelled at Glen Ivy due to the Holy fire 🙁Thank you all for being so kind & caring
5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place is amazing and the customer service outstanding. I want to thank Art my massage was the best ever, Art you know exactly what you are doing and definitely would go and request you again. I want to thank the employees that are cleaning and maintaining this spa, everyone seems to over look the cleaning people. They were attentive to my needs and like always I have to be proud to say it was my Hispanic people doing the amazing cleaning!!!!!
I am a member and I loved my facial. Melissa is amazing.
