Friendly staff, but I prefer the layout of the Pasadena location.
This is a great Burke Williams location, slightly hidden, and very friendly staff. I've been lucky enough to enjoy a relaxation massage and a prenatal massage, both were excellent. Very clean facilities too!
Standard Burke Williams fare here. Massage, facial, sauna, steam. That sort of thing. Parking is far away so you have to walk a lot after your relaxed unless you pay to valet.

If you've been to one Burke you've been to them all. This one is a bit smaller than the one on Sunset but it has all the stuff you expect. You'll get a good service but nothing that will wow you. Great for late night appointments.
This is where you go if you want to get products and such that the spas use. I stopped in when seeing it on a walk. Kind of cool.
I have been going there for ten months now, unfortunately because I signed up for an annual membership so it is use or lose. The first time there of course was great, service, etc then out of the reminder 9 visits 5 have been just flat out ridiculous. One the towels in two different locations had mascara on them, which makes you wonder how clean they really are since the second location in front of the sauna had this towel rolled up into the ice tray, which means someone had to look at it and still place it there.
