If you’re buying in the area bring in an outside lawyer. If you must use someone local, look here last. Joe Burke did a horrible job with our closing. He let everything get past him. He never returned a call nor fixed a thing post closing. The Judge (his dad) acknowledged all of the mistakes and doings while we continued to wait for the prodigal son but like his son he was nothing but hot air.
