The absolute worst!! The pre owned lot called me and said “Are you coming down we have the vehicle you requested waiting”. Drive over an hour ,and when I arrive, I’m told the vehicle was sold 2 days ago. Manager sitting in the back room didn’t even acknowledge me. Salesman says I’ll walk you outside. I walk out the door and twist my ankle, because there’s no sign warning you it’s a 6 inch drop from the door.
My wife and I have been looking for a new vehicle for a bit but subaru was running an amazing deal. We went and worked with Stan. He was very nice and worked hard at trying to help make sure everything was just right. At the end he printed me off a small books worth of papers but at the end everything was were I content with. My wife and I were happy with the experience.
My family was visiting from out of town and had the check engine light come on during peak vacation season. Roy and his team got my car in promptly, had it diagnosed, and performed the repair in lightning fast time; all the while keeping me updated on the progress in a friendly and professional manner. Roy even took extra time to make sure that Subaru honored the warranty on the part my car needed. So appreciative of the service team during Independence Day weekend. They were able to get our car issues identified and resolved in a matter of hours while we were on vacation at the shore, which for us is out of state (3 hours from home). Their team made coming in incredibly easy and they communicated with us throughout the day to keep us updated as they would be closed the following days for the holiday weekend, but still managed to get everything done and we picked up our car within minutes of them closing for the day. Thank you Burke Subaru. We are from PA and our tire had a slow leak. Burke took the time to check and found a nail in the tire. They fixed it quickly and we were soon on our way. Many thanks to the Service staff.
