Dodgy, lazy, and unethical – avoid Burke & Smythe wouldn’t let us inspect the house before signing. It was filthy, full of the landlord’s stuff, and maintenance requests were ignored for over 3 months – only being addressed as we were moving out. They gave us a 30-day vacate notice, then spammed us with emails asking to renew. Tried to take bond money over bogus cleaning claims with no evidence and refused to provide a legal water bill, instead making up their own invoice. In regards to my last recent review!! You can't be serious. You replied to my review making yourself look like you actually care. Gavin told me not to contact him again because he knows his in the wrong! And now you want me to contact him? No he can contact me and formally apologise to me, for lying on the entry condition form then disrespecting me. He needs to own up to his mistakes, and fix this otherwise I'll be taking legal action against him.
