All of the vets and vet nurses are incredible. They were able to fit us in for a last-minute appointment, and when it became clear that my dog was extremely unwell, they were thorough, kind, and never rushed us, even though our standard booked appointment took hours. The follow-up appointments, emails and phone calls, along with the wonderful practical advice, made such a difference during a very stressful time. We are so glad to have found this lovely vet clinic.
Great service! This vet clinic is great! The vets are really patient and careful, and the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. The place is clean and tidy, the prices are fair, and it just feels comfortable leaving your pet here.
Smudgy (& his human) want to tell you how much he loves going to Burke Rd Vet Clinic. He & his brother have been going there for 15 years so far. He gets so much love, that it is almost worth the car ride to get there. The human is most appreciative of the care, thorough & expert diagnostic skills from the experienced, caring Vets & the wonderful nursing staff. Everyone is hard-working, warm & love the animals & even the humans!
The receptionist was super helpful when booking the appointment for my dog, even called previous vets to get all of her history. Visit itself was great, Mel the Vet was lovely. Overall super happy and will be returning to this Vet again!
