Thank you very much to Dr. Jessica, Karly and the team! We’re incredibly grateful for your flexibility in fitting in a last-minute dental clean for our beloved geriatric dog. Your kindness and care made all the difference and we truly appreciate the gentle attention you gave her during her dental procedure. It was reassuring to know that our senior girl was in such capable and caring hands. Thank you again for going above and beyond to provide our little one the best patient care.
Amazing Veterinary services! Staff are friendly and cheerful which can be incredibly helpful when you're stressed about your beloved pet. Doctors are just as helpful and kind. Unfortunately no longer in the area, but for those in Camberwell, this vet will treat you and your family very well!
As it pertains to Noodle the whippet, your management trying to state that he was comfortable and walked out of the Clinic is a gross misrepresentation of the truth. We expressed our concerns multiple times about how lethargic and not himself he was. We carried him in and out of the clinic as he was barely able to walk at all. This vet is fine if you want a very basic check over but I would not trust them ever again after this. Just happy to take our money and tell us to go to an afterhours vet if needed. They took no responsibility which is really all we were hoping for. Such an upsetting experience - please avoid so the same isn't done to your beloved pets. Unsure why we visited a professional service for a guess and being told something that was based off no evidence as they didn't even run the correct tests.
