Don't come here if you work or have kids or you get sick. Because if u cancel appointments they discharge you. Even filing out the paperwork. You have a person talking to you at the same time. Eo u miss a couple of things in the print. Apparently that's in the terms. They were no help made my pain worse. And there's no way I canceled the amount there saying. Glad u discharged me. My p.t person was sweet in person.
I came to Burke for PT because of balance issues from CIPN. When I first called I spoke to Adelina and she was very nice and forthcoming with the information I needed to get a script from my doctor and how to register to get started with PT. The people who work at the front desk and answer the phone, Adelina, Johanna, and Melanie were so helpful and nice. My Physical Therapist Brian was awesome. He listen to me and what problems I had and he came up with a great plan of PT for me. I had PT in other places but he really helpe... read more
