B&P is the best lumber yard on the central coast I have been shopping here for over 20 years. They always come though and always have the specialty stuff I need in stock. The yard guys are beyond amazing and the office staff is like family. Thank you guys. We couldn't build the amazing decks we build with out you guys.
Workers here are awesome The person who isn't is the guy behind the counter with the giants hat who threw my card back at me and it landed on the floor and said my bad big dog sarcasticly dude need to learn how to treat customers
Great lumber yard for the most part. The problem is the front office has Zero people skills although they seem to be nice people. The management needs to invest in some training for the ones dealing with the public. Working in customer service can be a soul sucker if not trained properly and that will reflect on your business. This is why the front office attitude comes across smug, stand offish, and inconvenienced.
