I own a rental property in the city of Bloomington. I was having issues with the city in regards to my parking lot. They claimed my parking lot was causing near by garages to flood. Scott came out to correct the issue for me. However he insisted the issue was not my parking lot. He took the time not only to inspect the property for me but also took the time to email the city inspector to inform him of his findings. They did our landscaping and border wall preparing for us to put it on the market. I was pleased with the speed they were able to get it done. I am very disappointed that I had a problem with a pipe he put in. I sent him an email to call us quickly and he never responded. I contacted him previously and he didn't return my message. They are terrible with follow-up

My lawn has never looked better. It's cut and edged regularly in varied directions to encourage good growth.

Scott and his crew came to our neighborhood, which is directly next to a field. The drifting created a 3-4 ft drift across driveways and into our street. Our street is a tertiary street, so the city doesn't plow it until much later in the storm. Scott and his crew cleared not only 5 drives on our street, but helped with the street so we could get out of our driveway. He brought 3 snowblowers, 2 trucks, and 1 skid steer to get our drives clear. Scott and crew are spectacular!!
