My lawnmower turned over every single time I used it. Burke Outdoor got ahold of I t, now doesn't turn over and they refuse to take responsibility for their poor service. These guys are liars and cheats. Stay away
Bought a belt from this place it broke in half in less than a day called them and they said they didn't carry this belt brand and said I didn't buy it there,,,,,,guess we are liars.
Great experience with Josh on sales and service. Very knowledgeable and got done what he said he would for me. Helped me with a Greenworks warranty issue and the purchase of a new Stihl trimmer. With service this good it’s no wonder Burke Outdoor has been the go to in the area for outdoor power equipment for 20+ years. Thanks yall!
Took my lawn mower to them in December and they said they’d call me with an estimate. Never heard from them called but got no response and it’s April now and still they won’t answer the phone. Going to go pick it up and fix it myself.
