Received a $3800 bill in error and only have 100 gallon tank. No big deal to them. Casy and staff offered no apology. Very sad service. promised corrected statement on phone . Called back when did not receive and told they could not do statement with a 0 balance. Could have advised that on phone or sent copy of statement that was wrong and advised no balance. Lost my business! Was always happy with service but billing and office staff very poor!
