I’m leaving this review as a long-time patient of this practice. I showed up to my appointment today, and the front desk clerk insisted that I absolutely had to see Luisa, even though I was just getting a blood draw for another doctor of mine. I questioned why I had to see Luisa for this item, and then another older female clerk tried the old “as I mentioned on the phone” snarky response.
