Most people don't know that they have a service desk at the back of they building for over counter sales. If you can identify the part that you need, like a bearing, specialty bolt or other specialty item, there is a good chance that they might actually have it. The prices are much better that the retail stores. I say again, that you need to be able to identify or have the specs for what you are looking for... Good experience!
