I was charged at a much higher price per gallon than what I ordered at. The extremely rude lady on the phone said it was because I called the wrong number (Brockton vs Quincy office), which I confirmed on my phone log was not true. I also confirmed prices at both locations were the same price today. Do yourself a favor and use a different company.
Today was a nightmare, I was never credited back on my card so I called and was told to have the card holder company contact them, which I did. The card company also confirmed no credit was made on the card. I was then told I have to wait a month for my refund because the owner is on vacation. While Burke’s system does show they have made a refund it never came back on my card and now I have to wait over a month to speak to someone? This kinda feels like highway robbery. Pat Burke has been nothing but accommodating and helpful. Whether it be last minute services or payment patience. A Burke tech has been sent out several times and he has always been more than accommodating. Shout to Johnny the tech and Pat Burke of Burke oil.
Worst experience - called on a Tuesday for oil and the woman said she could do Saturday or possibly Friday since I was paying with a credit card. Saturday she calls and said the truck is broken and has no idea when they can deliver. Awful service and great way to lose good customers!
